12 days of Christmas, workout edition! Put your workout to a song. Perform this great bodyweight workout in a ladder (just like the song.) 


Example: 

1 burpee 

2 pushups + 1 burpee 

3 Forward lunges per leg + 2 pushups + 1 burpee...

...and so forth until you reach 12!

1 Burpee

2 Pushups

3 Forward Lunges (per leg)

4 Squat Jumps

5 Mountain Climbers (per leg)

6 Reverse Lunges (per Leg)

7 Jumping Jacks

8 Hip Lifts (Bridges)

9 Boxer Punches (per arm)

10 Plank Up/Downs

11 Static Lunges (per leg)

12 Squats
