EHP Healthy Choice
The EHP Healthy Choice mobile app gives you access to your Cleveland Clinic EHP Healthy Choice information on your mobile device. If you already have a Healthy Choice portal account, you can login with your current ID and password; if you do not have an account, you can create one using the app or the Healthy Choice web portal.
Minimum requirements:
- iOS 12 or Android 5.1.1, or greater
- An account eligible for EHP Healthy Choice

Log into the app using your Healthy Choice portal login ID and password. After you login, the app will provide a menu of views and links that will navigate you to information about your participation in Healthy Choice.
Using the App
Log into the app using your Healthy Choice portal login ID and password. If you do not have an account, select "Create account" and follow the directions.
After you login, the app will display an overview dashboard. Here you can set your daily and weekly goals, and also monitor your program progress.
To sync your activity data from Garmin, Fitbit, or an Apple Watch to your Healthy Choice account, select "Link Device" from the menu and follow the instructions. This will enable the Healthy Choice portal to be automatically notified when new data is available and subsequently fetch it.
