App Translation Technology Overcomes Company Communication Barriers

Motion Connected is now offering dynamic app translation capabilities to help companies quickly & effectively communicate to their entire workforce. The latest app upgrade allows employees to receive messages in their language of choice and easily engage with and understand their company updates, benefit plan details, and company resources.
 
Using Microsoft Azure translation technology, company-appointed team members will be able to add resources and deliver messages instantly in employees’ preferred languages. 

This new feature will ease frustrations by creating clear, open access and an understanding of company resources for all employees, while helping employers successfully connect with their entire population. 
“We’ve been on a mission to help employees better understand and connect to their employee benefits when and where they need them most.” says Sarah Troup, Director of Engagement Strategy at Motion Connected. “Understanding benefits and how to use them is tough enough and can be nearly impossible when there are language barriers present. That is why we are so excited to help employers quickly and easily connect, communicate, and educate a larger portion of their workforce.”

A beta version is available now, with translation capabilities for Spanish, French Canadian and Portuguese. Full app translation is slated for first quarter of 2023, with additional language options launching throughout 2023.
