OUR JOURNEY
An evolution of agility and flexibility
We began our journey in 2008 with a vision to create a wellbeing platform to engage employees in healthy behaviors and help them achieve their wellness goals. Soon, we realized that wellbeing was only one part of the employee experience.
As healthcare costs continue to increase for both employers and employees, we recognized the importance of engaging employees more thoroughly in the healthcare process. That's why we expanded our platform to offer solutions for communication, education, and engagement, covering every aspect of the employee healthcare journey, from prevention and wellness to benefits literacy and healthcare navigation. Motion Connected is versatile enough to also assist employers with streamlining their business processes, reducing administrative burden and enhancing operational efficiency.

Our clients span a variety of sizes and sectors, from companies with 15 employees to those with over 70,000, assisting them in nurturing a prosperous workforce through continuous innovation, inspiration, and education. We collaborate directly with corporations or alongside brokers for their clientele, providing custom broker programs as well.
