Review the ‘Add More’ grocery list in the workbook and prep 2-3 foods that will make this week easier.

Understanding Protein: How it impacts your hunger and energy.

📝 Today’s Challenge: 
Aim for about 30 grams of protein at one of your meals.

Understanding Fiber: How it supports digestion, fullness, and long-term health.

📝 Today’s Challenge:
Add 8 to 10 grams of fiber to your day.

Understanding Color: How plant variety provides nutrients and supports whole-body health.

📝 Today’s Challenge:
Add 2 additional servings of vegetables or fruits to your day.

Understanding Hydration: How water impacts energy, focus, and cravings.

📝 Today’s Challenge:
Add 16 to 24 more ounces of water to your day.

Instead of trying to maintain all of these habits at once, the goal is to choose one to continue strengthening.
