Write down three things you’re proud of about yourself—big or small. Keep this list somewhere visible and revisit it whenever you need a confidence boost.

How to make self-care a lifelong habit.

Design your Personal Self-Love Plan by committing to at least one self-care action you’ll continue beyond this challenge. Share it with a colleague or friend for accountability.
